End User License Agreement

License

The Over Achiever is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this agreement, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application and web app for your own productivity and organization.

Permitted use

• Use the app with your own account and devices.
• Create, edit, synchronize, and review your own productivity data.
• Use the web app and mobile apps as allowed by your active subscription, trial, or applicable store rules.

Restrictions

• Do not copy, reverse engineer, modify, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application except where applicable law expressly allows it.
• Do not use the service to store unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, subscription checks, rate limits, security controls, or access rules.
• Do not interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the service.

Account and subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it. Some features may require an active subscription, trial, or purchase through a payment provider or app store.

Data and backup

The app is designed to synchronize your workspace across devices. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping any critical records backed up where appropriate.

External services

The app may connect to third-party services such as authentication, calendar, payment, app store, or hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms.

No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Over Achiever will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Termination

Your rights under this agreement may end if you stop using the service, close your account, or fail to comply with these terms. We may suspend access where needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
